About Silver Grove Valley

Silver Grove Valley was planned and designed by media magnate, Charles Silver. Using his own inherited land he brought the town into being. He used several techniques of urban planning, using small lots that formed a central business and community hub with housing radiating out from a central point. The compact design ensures that anyone could walk to and from any destination within the town.

However, he died leaving empty coffers behind before the town was able to employ and populate itself. Landgrabb Enterprises has taken over the land and is encouraging people to apply for citizenship in hopes of getting a retern on their joint investment with Mr. Silver.

The Sim Historical Preservation Society (SHPS) has the unique opportunity to document the lives of the people moving into the area. In addition this space will be used by the residents for their news, personal blogs, job opportunities and advertising space.

The current correspondent of the SHPS is Roxie Rasmussen, landlady at Mrs. Silver's Boarding House (pictured below), and daughter of Mr. Charles Silver.
