1. Where can I find Silver Grove Valley?
Silver Grove Valley is a pre-planned community located on a delta in the southeast. Historicaly the home of the Simonita Indians, the land mass was sold to the Silver ancestors for some red blankets, glass beads, and half a dozen horses. The original exploration of the Simonita Central site is documented by Flabaliki on the Mod the Sims website.
2. What deals has Silver Grove Valley signed?
Silver Grove Valley has signed several deals to expand the enjoyment and opportunities of the sims residing within. The deals are listed below.
- University - Silver Grove Valley will be served by a community college loacted within the town, a vocational education center catering to adults, as well as the three big university schools of Sim State University, La Fiesta Tech, and Académie Le Tour.
- Nightlife - Silver Grove Valley is within half an hour of simcity downtown, the spot for clubbing, a night out with friends or to go out to meet new and exciting people.
- Open for Business - Sims in Silver Grove Valley are encouraged to own and operate their own businesses.
- Happy Holiday - Several holidays are sanctioned within Silver Grove Valley and once the town is established, celebrations will likely occur.
- Family Fun - Children are not left out of Silver Grove Valley. Several styles of clothing, furniture and toys are dedicated just for them.
- Glamour Life - Don't think that just because it's a small town, Silver Grove Vally can't be glamourous. We offer the highest end in designer fashions, and decor.
- H&M style - H&M has signed a deal to allow any clothing store to carry thier logo and merchandise if they so choose.
- Seasons - Silver Grove valley is nestled in a temperate forest area, so we get everything from warm summer sun to the occasional blizzard.
- Bon Voyage - People are also encouraged to explore other cultures with our discounts on travel and proximity to Simcity airport.
- Free time - No one is complete without a hobby, or so Mr. Silver always said. Objects and community lots are waiting for interested sims.
- Apartment Life - There are several apartments within Silver Grove Valley from the rooms to let at Mrs. Silver's Boarding House to the 4 bedroom duplexes, there is an apartment to suit every need.
However, we have strict no pets rule. Even the small dogs meant for apartments must be registered and kept within the enclosure at all times. The rare purple canary quickly falls prey to domestic animal diseases.
