Silver Grove Valley is a pre-planned community whose founder, Mr. Charles Silver never saw it come to fruition. with deep debts after his death the land was sold to Landgrabb Enterprises. The company is now offering citizenship to select sims in hopes of recouping their losses. Residents may also be interviewed and investigated by the Sim Historical Preservation Society for their ongoing documentary on town development.
